Who we are — and why buying in Switzerland has its advantages.
Why buy from AI-Eyewear and not from Amazon or via import?
We are an authorised Even Realities partner in Switzerland. In concrete terms, this means for you:
- Swiss VAT is included in the price — no customs or import surprises.
- Warranty and support are handled locally in Zurich, not via a return shipment abroad.
- Try-on and personal prescription fitting in the showroom.
- A clear point of contact, should anything ever come up.
Who is behind AI-Eyewear? Why can I trust you?
AI-Eyewear is operated by Podomedics (Zeltweg 74, 8032 Zürich, UID CHE-324.165.596 MWST). Your contacts are Nicola Mössner and Giovanna Carpi. We are not an anonymous online shop: there is a physical showroom in Zurich where you can meet us and the products. All the details are laid out openly in the Legal notice.
Are your recommendations really neutral, even though you sell?
We are open about the fact that we sell the Even G2. Even so, our Finder and our buying guide explicitly recommend other models too when they are a better fit — and our Database strictly separates manufacturer claims from tests. Where the Even G2 is weaker, we say so.
02Prices, payment & purchase
What it costs and how you pay securely.
What does the Even G2 cost — and is the price transparent?
With us the Even G2 costs CHF 699 including case and Swiss VAT. Optional: sun clip CHF 99, case separately CHF 149, UltraFit prescription lenses (single-vision from CHF 169, progressive from CHF 799). No hidden fees, no customs costs. The documented technical data is in the Database.
Which payment methods are available and is payment secure?
Credit and debit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay via the certified payment provider Stripe. The payment is encrypted; we do not see full card details. Purchase against invoice is possible by arrangement.
03Delivery & returns
Here fast — and if it doesn't fit, straightforward to return.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–7 working days after payment is received, provided the model is in stock. Alternatively, you can collect the glasses at the Zurich showroom — including personal setup.
Can I return the Even G2?
Yes — we voluntarily grant a 14-day right of return on unused products in undamaged original packaging. Custom-made prescription lenses are excluded from this. The full conditions are set out in the Terms.
How is the warranty handled?
The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies, handled through us in Switzerland. You do not have to deal with returning anything abroad. Details in the Terms or on request at sales@ai-eyewear.ch.

Everything that matters after the purchase.
Can I use the Even G2 with prescription lenses?
Yes. The Even G2 can be fitted with UltraFit prescription lenses — single-vision from CHF 169, progressive from CHF 799. Fitting is done in the showroom or with your prescription values. More on this: Prescription lenses for the Even G2.
How long does the battery last?
According to the manufacturer, the Even G2 lasts up to around two days in mixed everyday use; the included case recharges it several times on the go. Real runtime depends on usage. Documented values: Database.
Do the glasses receive software updates?
Yes. Features and improvements come via app and firmware updates from Even Realities. As an authorised partner, we also help you with setup and updates in the showroom.
Do I get support in English from Switzerland?
Yes. Advice and support run through our team in Zurich — by email, by phone at +41 78 422 46 73 or in person in the showroom. No anonymous ticket system abroad.
05Privacy
What the glasses — and what we — do with data.
What about data protection?
The Even G2 deliberately has no camera — so nothing films in everyday life or in meetings, and the people around you see that instantly. For the processing of your customer data, the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR apply. Background: AI glasses & data protection; our Privacy policy gives the details.
