In the showroom we set up your glasses together with you, in English, German or Italian. You decide what you want to see. We show you how it works.
Pairing & account
Connect glasses and ring to your smartphone, set up the Even app, create your account, install the latest software.
Translation
Store your languages for Translate, test the subtitles, adjust display and volume the way you like them.
Navigation
Set up Navigate, save your places and learn how directions appear in your field of view.
Teleprompter
Load your first speech or presentation, set scrolling speed and font size.
Notifications & dashboard
You decide which apps may reach you and which widgets you see: calendar, weather, news.
Even AI & Conversate
Set up the assistant and the conversation assistant, learn notes and lists, ask the first questions together.

What does the setup cost?
Nothing. With every purchase in the showroom the complete initial setup is included, as are Premium Installation for prescription lenses and the Concierge service afterwards. Personal Training and Business Setup are quoted individually.
How long does the setup take?
That depends on what you want. Pairing and basic configuration are quick; for the introduction to every feature we take our time. Plan your visit accordingly.
I bought my G2 directly from Even Realities. Will you still help me?
Get in touch. We will tell you openly what we can do for you and find an appointment.
Can the setup be done remotely?
We prefer to do the initial setup in person in the showroom. For every question afterwards you can reach us via WhatsApp, phone and email.
What happens when new features arrive?
Even Realities keeps developing the app. For questions about new features and apps we remain your contact for as long as you wear the glasses.
