Even AI & translation

The glasses that translate conversations — right in your field of view.

The person opposite you speaks English, French or Mandarin — and you read the translation subtly displayed while keeping eye contact. The Even G2 turns science fiction into an everyday moment.

How translation works in the Even G2

The Even G2 listens through its microphones to what is being said and shows the translation in real time on its holographic display — as a subtle line of text that only you see. No smartphone in your hand, no headphones in your ears, no screen between you and the person opposite: you keep eye contact and simply read along.

This transforms situations that used to be awkward: the meeting with the English-speaking team, the conference in Paris, the conversation with international customers, the trip through Asia. The translation supports numerous languages — including English, French, Italian, Spanish and German — and runs smoothly enough for real conversations.

More than translation: Even AI

Translation is one of several AI features of the G2. Even AI is the assistant on the glasses: you ask a question — and the answer appears in your field of view. On top of that come features that frequent speakers and frequent travellers love:

  • Teleprompter: your notes scroll along discreetly while you speak freely — for presentations, speeches and pitches.
  • Navigation: turn-by-turn directions right in your view, on foot or by bike, without looking at your phone.
  • Notifications: important messages as a brief overlay — you decide what gets through.

Discreet by definition: no camera

Unlike many AI glasses, the Even G2 has no camera. It does not record what you see — it shows you what you want to know. For conversations this means: the person opposite never has to wonder whether they are being filmed. The G2 looks like a high-quality designer pair of glasses and works like one too — with prescription lenses in your prescription if you wish.

Experience it rather than imagine it

A translation floating in the room is something you have to have seen. At the Zürich showroom we demonstrate the feature live — talk to us in a foreign language and read along. The Even G2 costs CHF 699.– including the case; together with the Even R1 smart ring you control the translation discreetly with a finger gesture. Appointments by arrangement on 078 422 46 73.

Who the translation glasses make the difference for

In our consultations we see above all four groups: international teams, where meetings switch between German and English — the G2 keeps everyone in the conversation, even when the technical vocabulary gets fast. Frequent travellers, who want to be understood from the taxi in Lisbon to dinner in Tokyo, without holding a phone between themselves and the person opposite. Couples and families with several languages, where the in-laws can finally tell their stories without an interpreter. And people with hearing impairments, for whom the live transcription of what is said brings back a piece of participation — quiet voices become readable.

What they all have in common: the technology steps back, the conversation takes centre stage. That is exactly what we honestly assess during the consultation — whether the G2 suits your use case.
