How the Even G2 becomes your teleprompter
You prepare your text in the Even app — the complete opening of your speech, the talking points, or just the figures you can never remember. On demand it appears as a discreet line of text on the G2's monochrome green micro-LED display, right in your field of view. You read along while looking straight ahead at your audience — not down at a stack of cue cards and not at a monitor beside the stage.
Moving forward is hands-free: the text scrolls along at your speaking pace, or you control it with a subtle finger gesture via the Even R1 Smart Ring. From the outside no one sees a display — only you see the text, and the people opposite you see a high-quality designer pair of glasses.
Present without reading off notes
The difference from index cards and the classic teleprompter: your gaze stays where it belongs — on the people in the room. You keep eye contact, gesture freely, and come across as prepared rather than read out. The talking points are there when you need them, and recede into the background as soon as you find your flow. That is exactly what separates a confident performance from a speech read off the page.
Who the speaker glasses are made for
In our consultations we see the same situations again and again in which the G2 makes the difference:
- Keynote speakers and stage professionals who want to appear off-the-cuff but rely on names, figures, and clean transitions.
- Trainers, lecturers, and teachers who present for hours and need to keep the thread in view.
- Pitch and sales presentations where every sentence needs to land in front of investors or clients.
- Webinar and camera hosts who want to look into the lens instead of at a second window on their screen.
- Wedding and best man / maid of honour speeches, where your voice trembles and you absolutely cannot forget the decisive sentence.
Honestly: what the speaker glasses can do — and what they can't
We are a Sales Partner of Even Realities and advise honestly. The G2's display shows monochrome green text — clearly legible, but compact. It is excellent for talking points, figures, and short passages; a word-for-word, book-length manuscript does not belong in your field of view. The best effect comes when you still rehearse your speech and use the glasses as a safety net — not as a crutch you rely on blindly. Those who take this to heart gain exactly the confidence you were brought onto the stage for.
And because sharp vision is half the battle: the G2 is available on request with prescription lenses in your prescription (UltraFit, from CHF 169), so the text stays crisp and clear in view even without a second pair of glasses.
Discreet by definition: no camera
Unlike many AI glasses, the Even G2 has no camera. It films neither your audience nor the room — it shows your text to you alone. For the stage, the conference room, and on camera, that means: no privacy question, no distrust, no red recording light. Just an unobtrusive pair of glasses and a speech that lands.
