How do I add information I want to use in a meeting?
Through prep notes in Conversate: in the Even Realities app you create a note manually or upload a file such as TXT, DOCX or PDF. Before a Conversate session you select the matching note; the G2 turns it into meeting context so talking points, customer needs, product details and earlier concerns stay at hand.
What is real-time sales support?
AI Cues in Conversate, powered by Even Contextual AI: the glasses use the context of your prep notes, follow the live conversation and surface helpful cues for questions, concerns, unfamiliar terms or unexpected moments. Cues explain concepts, suggest answers and show background information.
How do I control Conversate during a conversation?
Before the session you choose prep notes and configure Conversate in the app. During the conversation Conversate runs automatically as set up. For discreet control use the Even R1 ring or the touchpad on the temple.
Does the Even G2 record my customer conversations?
No. The Even G2 stores no audio recordings. With Conversate, audio is processed in real time to create live transcripts and summaries; the original audio is neither recorded nor stored. Only the text transcript and the AI summary remain in the Even Realities app.
Can staff with prescriptions use the G2?
Yes. Every pair can be glazed with UltraFit prescription lenses, single vision or progressive. Staff bring their complete prescription; we take no measurements, the values are adopted as they are.
